Communication and Consent
Updated October 7, 2026
Browsing or using a calculator is not permission to enroll you, change a plan, or contact you with automated marketing calls or texts. Consent to answer a specific inquiry is separate from consent for marketing, Marketplace assistance, application review, or Medicare appointments.
Marketplace assistance requires documented consumer authorization before an agent assists with an application. The scope, purpose, duration, parties, date, and method of withdrawal must be explained and recorded. Application information must also be reviewed and confirmed as accurate before submission. A general website inquiry checkbox does not replace those steps.
This website does not provide an opt-in to automated marketing calls or SMS/text campaigns. Do not treat a submitted telephone number or inquiry checkbox as that permission. If a separate campaign is offered, its opt-in must identify the sender and clearly describe messages and automation, be optional and separate from enrollment assistance, and state that consent is not a condition of purchase. The campaign must disclose frequency, message/data rates, help and opt-out methods, and honor withdrawals. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance where the sender supports those commands; use the sender's published contact method as well.
